# The Diplomatic and Consular Premises (Cambodia) Order 1988, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order provides that section 2 of the Diplomatic and Consular Premises Act 1987 applies to the land described in the Schedule hereto, thus enabling the Secretary of State to vest himself such estate or interest in the land as appears to him to be appropriate.
