Regulation 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

These Regulations may be cited as the Directors' Remuneration Report Regulations 2002.

(2)

These Regulations shall come into force on 1st August 2002 and shall have effect as respects companies' financial years ending on or after 31st December 2002.

(3)

In these Regulations, “the Act” means the Companies Act 1985.
