  "text": "In section 70 (short title, commencement, extent etc)—\n(a) After subsection (5), insert the following subsections—\n“(5A) Sections 7A and 7B extend to England and Wales only.\n(5B) Sections 7C and 7D extend to Scotland only.”\n(b) In subsection (6), for “This Act extends to Northern Ireland,”, substitute “Subject to subsections (5A) and (5B), this Act extends to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland;”.",
