Article 2 Commencement

(1)

Section 49 of the Disability Discrimination Act 1995 (forgery and false statements), in so far as it relates to the relevant documents referred to in paragraph (2), shall come into force on 6th April 2005.

(2)

Those relevant documents are—

(a)

a certificate of exemption issued under section 37 or 37A^f1;

(b)

a notice of a kind mentioned in section 37(8)(b) or 37A(8)(b);

(c)

an accessibility certificate; and

(d)

an approval certificate.
