# The Disability Discrimination Act 1995 (Commencement No. 4) Order 1996, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order brings into force on 2nd December 1996 section 16(3) of the Disability Discrimination Act 1995 to the extent that it is not already in force. Section 16(3) in so far as it relates to the definition of “sub-lease” and “sub-tenancy” was brought into force on 17th May 1996.
