# The Disability Discrimination Act 1995 (Commencement No. 8) Order 2000, Article 3: Coming into force of sections 37 and 38 of the Act


Section 38 of the Disability Discrimination Act 1995 (appeal against refusal of exemption certificate) shall come into force in England and Wales on 1st December 2000.
