  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order brings into force on 17th May 1996 certain provisions of the Disability Discrimination Act 1995 relating to the definition of disability; past disabilities; guidance; definition of lease, sub-lease and sub-tenancy; advice and assistance; statutory authority and national security; restriction of publicity in industrial tribunals and the Employment Appeal Tribunal; regulations and orders; interpretation; financial provisions; House of Commons disqualification; provisions supplementing the definition of disability and past disabilities.",
