Laid before Parliament 28th March 2006
Coming into force 4th December 2006
The Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by sections 22(3A), 22A(4), 24(4A) and (5), 24K(3), 24L(1) and (2), 67(3) and 68(1) of the Disability Discrimination Act 1995 makes the following Regulations:
