Regulation 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation
(1)
These Regulations may be cited as the Disability Discrimination (Public Authorities) (Statutory Duties)(Amendment) Regulations 2007 and shall come into force on 6th April 2007.
(2)
In these Regulations, “the 2005 Regulations” means the Disability Discrimination (Public Authorities)(Statutory Duties) Regulations 2005f1.
