  "text": "Disabled Persons\nMade 5th March 2008\nLaid before Parliament 13th March 2008\nComing into force 6th April 2008\nThe Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 49D(1) and (2) and 67(2) and (3) of the Disability Discrimination Act 1995, makes the following Regulations.\nHe has consulted with the Commission for Equality and Human Rights, the Welsh Ministers and the Scottish Ministers in accordance with sections 49D(5), (6) and (8) of that Act.\nThe Welsh Ministers have given their consent in accordance with section 49D(7) of that Act.",
