Article 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

This Order may be cited as the Disability Discrimination (Questions and Replies) Order 1996 and shall come into force on 2nd December 1996.

(2)

In this Order—

  • “the Act” means the Disability Discrimination Act 1995;

  • “tribunal” means an industrial tribunal.
