Article 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

This Order may be cited as the Disability Discrimination (Questions and Replies) Order 2005 and shall come into force on 5th December 2005.

(2)

In this Order—

  • “the Act” means the Disability Discrimination Act 1995;

  • “court” means a county court or, in Scotland, the sheriff court.
