  "text": "DISABLED PERSONS\nMade 15th July 1996\nLaid before Parliament 18th July 1996\nComing into force 2nd December 1996\nThe Secretary of State for Social Security, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 19(5)(c), 20(7) and (8), 24(5), 67(2) and (3) and 68(1) of the Disability Discrimination Act 1995, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:",
