# Disability Rights Commission Act 1999(repealed), Paragraph 2

Extent: E+W+S

(1) An additional commissioner shall hold and vacate office in accordance with the terms of his appointment (and may be re-appointed).
(2) The Commission may not alter the terms of appointment of an additional commissioner except with his consent and the approval of the Secretary of State.
