# The Disability Working Allowance (General) Regulations 1991, Regulation 46A: Calculation of capital—lump sum access fund payment


There shall be disregarded from the calculation of a student’s capital under regulation 32(1) any lump sum access fund payment made to the student that is not intended to be used for daily living costs, but only for a period of 52 weeks from the date of receipt of the payment.
