  "text": "For the purposes of subsection (6E) of section 20 of the Act the prescribed circumstances are that the person’s weekly applicable amount included a higher pensioner or disability premium in respect of him, determined—\n(a) in the case of income support, in accordance with paragraphs 10(1)(b) , 10(2)(b) or 11, and 12 of Part III of Schedule 2 to the Income Support (General) Regulations 1987 (applicable amounts);\n(aa) in the case of income-based jobseeker’s allowance, in accordance with paragraphs 12(1)(a), (b)(ii) or (c) or 13, and 14 of Schedule 1 to the Jobseeker’s Allowance Regulations 1996 (applicable amounts).\n(b) in the case of housing benefit, in accordance with paragraphs 10(1)(b) , 10(2)(b) or 11, and 12 of Part III of Schedule 2 to the Housing Benefit (General) Regulations 1987 (applicable amounts);\n(c) in the case of community charge benefit, in accordance with paragraphs 11 or 12, and 13 of Part III of Schedule 1 to the Community Charge Benefits (General) Regulations 1989 (applicable amounts); ...\n(ca) in the case of council tax benefit, in accordance with paragraphs 11(1)(b), 11(2)(b) or 12, and 13 of Part III of Schedule 1 to the Council Tax Benefit (General) Regulations 1992 or\n(d) in accordance with any provision equivalent to one of those specified in paragraphs (a) to (ca) above having effect in Northern Ireland.",
