  "text": "In the case of a claimant participating in arrangements for training made under section 2 of the Employment and Training Act 1973 or section 2 of the Enterprise and New Towns (Scotland) Act 1990 or attending a course at an employment rehabilitation centre established under section 2 of the 1973 Act—\n(a) any travelling expenses reimbursed to the claimant;\n(b) any living away from home allowance under section 2(2)(d) of the 1973 Act or section 2(4)(c) of the 1990 Act;\n(c) any training premium,\n(d) any child care expenses reimbursed to the claimant in respect of his participation in an employment programme specified in regulation 75(1)(a)(ii) of the Jobseeker’s Allowance Regulations 1996 or in a training scheme specified in regulation 75(1)(b)(ii) of those Regulations,\nbut this paragraph, except insofar as it relates to a payment under sub-paragraph (a), (b), (c) or (d), does not apply to any part of any allowance under section 2(2)(d) of the 1973 Act or section 2(4)(c) of the 1990 Act.",
