# The Disability Working Allowance (General) Regulations 1991, Paragraph 45

Extent: E+W+S

Any payment made, whether by the Secretary of State or any other person, under the Disabled Persons Employment Act 1944 or in accordance with arrangements made under section 2 of the Employment and Training Act 1973 to assist disabled persons to obtain or retain employment despite their disability.
