# The Disability Working Allowance (General) Regulations 1991, Paragraph 5

Extent: E+W+S

Any concessionary payment made to compensate for the non-payment of—
(a) any payment specified in paragraph 4 or 7;
(b) income support or income-based jobseeker’s allowance.
