# The Disability Working Allowance (General) Regulations 1991, Paragraph 11

Extent: E+W+S

Any personal possessions except those which have been acquired by the claimant with the intention of reducing his capital in order to secure entitlement to disability working allowance or to increase the amount of that benefit.
