# The Disability Working Allowance (General) Regulations 1991, Paragraph 40

Extent: E+W+S

Any payment made under regulations 9 to 11 or 13 of the Welfare Food Regulations 1988 (payments made in place of milk tokens or the supply of vitamins), but only for a period of 52 weeks from the date of receipt of the payment.
