# The Disabled Facilities Grants (Maximum Amounts and Additional Purposes) (England) Order 2008, Article 1: Citation, commencement, application and interpretation


(1) This Order may be cited as the Disabled Facilities Grants (Maximum Amounts and Additional Purposes) (England) Order 2008 and shall come into force on 22nd May 2008.
(2) This Order applies in relation to England only.
(3) In this Order “the Act” means the Housing Grants, Construction and Regeneration Act 1996.
