# The Disabled Facilities Grants (Maximum Amounts and Additional Purposes) (Wales) Order 2008, Article 1: Title, commencement, application and interpretation


(1) The title of this Order is The Disabled Facilities Grants (Maximum Amounts and Additional Purposes) (Wales) Order 2008 and it comes into force on 2 October 2008.
(2) This Order applies in relation to Wales.
(3) In this Order “the Act” (“y Ddeddf”) means the Housing Grants, Construction and Regeneration Act 1996.
