# The Disabled Persons (Badges for Motor Vehicles) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2002, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Regulations)
These Regulations amend the Disabled Persons (Badges for Motor Vehicles) (Scotland) Regulations 2000.
Regulation 2 has the effect of enabling disabled person’s badges issued in Northern Ireland or any member State to be displayed as if they were badges issued by a local authority in Scotland.
