The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 7 of the Disabled Persons’ Parking Badges Act 2013.

## 1 Citation and interpretation

This Order may be cited as the Disabled Persons’ Parking Badges Act 2013 (Commencement) Order 2013.

## 2 Appointed day

The appointed day for the coming into force of the Disabled Persons’ Parking Badges Act 2013 is 8th October 2013.
