Laid before Parliament 7th May 1987
Coming into force 1st July 1987
The Secretary of State for Social Services, in exercise of powers conferred upon him by section 11 of the National Health Service Act 1977 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:—
