Paragraph 13 I1
In the Children's Hearings (Scotland) Act 2011, the following provisions are repealed—
(a)
section 187 (Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974: treatment of certain disposals by children's hearings),
(b)
section 188 (criminal record certificates).
