  "text": "(1) The Scottish Ministers must maintain a register for the purposes of this Part (referred to in this Part as the “register of accredited bodies”).\n(2) In this Part—\n(a) an “accredited body” is a person who is registered in the register of accredited bodies, and\n(b) references to “registration” are to registration in the register of accredited bodies.",
