  "long_title": "This Order provides for certain employees of the Strathclyde Joint Police Board (“the Police Board”) to transfer to, and become members of the staff of, the Scottish Administration (meaning the staff of the Scottish Executive and of certain non ministerial office holders). The staff who will transfer are those who work in Disclosure Scotland discharging Scottish Ministers' functions relating to criminal records certificates in terms of Part 5 of the Police Act 1997 (c. 50). The staff are currently employed as civilian (non constable) employees of the Police Board under section 9 of the Police (Scotland) Act 1967 (c. 77). The transfer of the staff takes place on 1st October 2007. The staff are identified in the Schedule (introduced by article 2) according to their employee references. One hundred and one employees of the Police Board will be transferred to the staff of the Scottish Administration.",
