# The Disclosure Scotland (Staff Transfer) Order 2007, Article 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation


(1) This Order may be cited as the Disclosure Scotland (Staff Transfer) Order 2007 and comes into force on 1st October 2007.
(2) In this Order “employee reference” means the unique seven digit staff identification number allocated by the Strathclyde Joint Police Board to each member of their staff.
