# The Discretionary Housing Payments (Grants) Amendment Order 2005, Article 1: Citation, commencement and effect

Extent: E+W+S

(1) This Order may be cited as the Discretionary Housing Payments (Grants) Amendment Order 2005 and shall come into force on 1st September 2005.
(2) This Order shall –
(a) for the purposes of article 2(2) have effect from 1st April 2004; and
(b) for the purpose of article 2(3) have effect from 1st April 2005.
