  "text": "(1) The Disease Control (England) Order 2003 is amended as follows.\n(2) After article 3, insert—\n“Emergency measures\n3A. (1) This article imposes interim measures and ceases to have effect on 30th September 2007.\n(2) In articles 4 and 5(b), the references to 6 days shall be read as references to 20 days.\n(3) In the case of premises within a sole occupancy group that are 8 or more kilometres apart, paragraph 8 of Schedule 1 and paragraph 13 of Schedule 2 apply on the first occasion that an animal is moved between those premises, but cease to apply for any subsequent movement of any animal between those premises.”.",
