# The Disease Control (England) (Amendment) Order 2008, Article 2: Amendment of the Disease Control (England) Order 2003

Extent: E+W+S

(1) The Disease Control (England) Order 2003 is amended as follows.
(2) In article 2, omit the definition of “veterinary surgeon”.
(3) For paragraph (3) of article 14, substitute—
“(3) Every animal which is moved under a specific licence shall be kept separate throughout such movement from any animal which is not being moved under that licence.”.
(4) In article 20(1), for “the Transport of Animals (Cleansing and Disinfection) (England) Order 2003” substitute “the Transport of Animals (Cleansing and Disinfection) (England) (No. 3) Order 2003”.
