# The Disease Control (England) Order 2003, Article 3: Exceptions

Extent: E+W+S

This Order shall not apply in relation to a movement—
(a) licensed under the Foot-and-Mouth Disease Order 1983; or
(b) to or from a zoo licensed under the Zoo Licensing Act 1981.
