# The Disease Control (England) Order 2003, Article 6: Permitted movements during standstill

Extent: E+W+S

Notwithstanding articles 4 and 5, animals may be moved off premises during the standstill period if—
(a) the movement is one specified in Schedule 1; or
(b) a permit disapplying the standstill period has been issued by a veterinary inspector.
