# The Disease Control (Interim Measures) (Scotland) Order 2002, Article 6: Regulation of markets


Notwithstanding the requirements of the Markets, Sales and Lairs Order 1925, no person may use any market premises for the purpose of holding a market unless the holding of that market is in compliance with the requirements set out in Schedule 2.
