Coming into force at 12.00 on 10th April 2002
The National Assembly for Wales and the Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on them under sections 1, and 8(1) of the Animal Health Act 1981 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, make the following Order:
