(2)

The amount of any expenses reasonably incurred by an officer of the National Assembly for Wales, the Secretary of State or by an inspector of a local authority in the exercise of any power conferred by paragraph (1) shall be recoverable on demand as a civil debt by the National Assembly for Wales, the Secretary of State or by the local authority, as the case may be, from the person in default.
