  "text": "The occupier of the premises in which the isolation facility is located shall—\n(a) maintain—\n(i) a footbath containing an approved disinfectant; and\n(ii) handwashing facilities,\nat convenient places at every entrance to and exit from the facility and shall renew the disinfectant in the footbath daily or more frequently as necessary to maintain a clean solution; and\n(b) ensure that the footbath and handwashing facilities are used by all persons on entering and leaving the facility.",
