# The Disease Control (Interim Measures) (Wales) Order 2002, Article 13: Local authority to enforce Order

Extent: E+W

(1) Subject to paragraph (2) below the provisions of this Order shall be executed and enforced by the local authority.
(2) In relation to cases of a particular description, or in relation to a particular case the National Assembly may direct that this Order shall be executed and enforced by it and not by the local authority or that this Order shall be executed and enforced jointly by it and the local authority.
