# The Disease Control (Interim Measures) (Wales) Order 2003, Article 5: Sole occupancy groups


The National Assembly for Wales and the Secretary of State may authorise sets of premises as sole occupancy groups if either of them is satisfied that the premises are linked in terms of their control.
