Article 2 Amendment of the Disease Control (Wales) Order 2003

The Disease Control (Wales) Order 2003^f1 is amended as follows.

In article 2, omit the definition of “veterinary surgeon”.

For paragraph (3) of article 14, substitute—

“(3)

Every animal which is moved under a specific licence must be kept separate throughout such movement from any animal which is not being moved under that licence.”.
