  "text": "RIVER, ENGLAND AND WALES RIVER, SCOTLAND\nSALMON AND FRESHWATER FISHERIES\nLaid before Parliament in draft\nMade 12th December 1973\nComing into Operation 1st January 1974\nAt the Court at Buckingham Palace, the 12th day of December 1973\nPresent,\nThe Queen's Most Excellent Majesty in Council\nWhereas a draft of this Order has, in accordance with section 13 of the Diseases of Fish Act 1937 (as applied by section 6(2) of the Statutory Instruments Act 1946), been laid before Parliament:\nNow, therefore, Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred on Her by the said section 13, and of all other powers enabling Her in that behalf, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:—",
