  "text": "For the purpose of section 68 of the Act (persons disqualified from being private foster parents) a person is disqualified from fostering a child privately if—\n(a) the person has been convicted of any offence specified in Part I of the Schedule; or\n(b) the person is a relevant person mentioned in Part II of the Schedule.",
