# The Disqualification from Working with Children (Scotland) Order 2005, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order applies section 35 of the Criminal Justice and Court Services Act 2000 (effect of disqualification from working with children) to those disqualified from working with children in Scotland by virtue of inclusion in the list maintained by Scottish ministers under section 1(1) of the Protection of Children (Scotland) Act 2003.
