  "text": "In these Regulations:\n(a) a reference to a section or Schedule by number alone means the section or Schedule so numbered in the Civil Partnership Act 2004;\n(b) “the Act of 2004” means the Civil Partnership Act 2004;\n(c) “the other civil partner” means the party to the civil partnership who is not the civil partner with pension rights;\n(d) expressions defined in paragraph 16 and 29 of Schedule 5 have the meanings assigned by those paragraphs;\n(e) every reference to a rule by number alone means the rule so numbered in the Family Proceedings Rules 1991Family Procedure Rules 2010.",
