  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThe property, rights and liabilities of the Cable Authority were transferred to the Independent Television Commission on 1 January 1991. The Secretary of State having satisfied himself, after consulting the Cable Authority and the Independent Television Commission, that nothing further remains to be done by the Cable Authority by virtue of Schedule 10 to the Broadcasting Act 1990, dissolves the Cable Authority by means of this Order.",
