  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order dissolves the Post Office.\nAll property, rights and liabilities of the Post Office were transferred to Royal Mail Holdings plc (then called Consignia plc) on 26th March 2001, by virtue of section 62 of the Postal Services Act 2000.\nFollowing that date the Post Office and Royal Mail Holdings plc were required by paragraph 9 of Schedule 3 to that Act to take all such steps as were necessary to secure that the vesting in Royal Mail Holdings plc by virtue of section 62 of that Act of any foreign property, right or liability is effective under the relevant foreign law.",
