Section II Proviso for using Yeast in certain Distillations.

Provided alwaies That it shall and may be lawful for any Person or Persons drawing Spiritts Brandy or Low Wines from any Forreigne Materialls or any English Materialls other than such as are prohibited by this Act to make use of a reasonable Quantity of Yeast for the Fermentation of their Wash in order to the distilling of the same Any thing in this or any other Act to the contrary X1 notwithstanding
