# The Distress for Rates (Amendment) Order 1989, Article 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation


(1) This Order may be cited as the Distress for Rates (Amendment) Order 1989 and shall come into force on 1st May 1989.
(2) In this Order “the principal Order” means the Distress for Rates Order 1979.
